Chinese restaurants need to revamp their product   PDF
Written by Wei-Jing Zhu
Today we see news all over US, on the report "Wok Carefully" that shows the nutritional problems with Chinese food.  These are precisely the problems that I personally have shy away from restaurants in Chinatown, despite their low prices.  Here I propose to solve this problem and improve impression of Chinese food in general.
Rather than savoring the taste and styles of the yester-years, when food is scarce, Chinese restaurants need to re-invent Chinese food for the modern era, reconsidering the healthy lifestyle adopted globally.

In addition to promoting the health effects, educate the customers about what has changed, and what has remained to make it genuinely cultural. Basically to show the art of cooking.
