While the IBMWCC Yahoo Egroup continues to be our email archive, I recommended everyone to discontinue the PHPBB forum, and register to use this site instead.
You can write anything in your blogs, though periodically I upgrade all
users to author status, so that you can submit "articles" which are
categorized. Articles related only to IBMWCC should be in the
IBMWCC-category. With articles in categories, we still have a "forum"
feel to our discussions. All articles allow commented by anyone.
